How to search for seasonal jobs in Mallorca
Search for the job and the area you can realistically get to. Try recepcionista for reception, camarero/a for waiting staff or temporada for seasonal work, alongside terms such as Palma, Alcúdia or Calvià. Check hotels and restaurant groups directly as well as job boards. Ask about start and finish dates, shifts and staff accommodation if the advert leaves them open.
Where to look for yacht crew jobs
Start with Warren Maritime’s crew vacancies and check where each yacht expects you to join. A role advertised through a Mallorca recruiter can involve joining in another port. Make it easy for the recruiter to see where you are, when you’re available and which certificates you hold.
What if I need a Spanish work permit?
Ask early whether the employer can make the application for the role on offer. Spain’s shortage occupations catalogue covers specific jobs and areas, so check the exact role with the employer. Read our guide to Mallorca work permits and shortage occupations. If you’re still comparing ways to move, see our guide to Spanish visas and residency in Mallorca.
